We are looking for a Welfare Support Worker to help clients to cope with the cost of living crisis. You will be based in our Bury St Edmunds office and will report to the Advice Services Manager.
The post holder will principally assist clients to submit applications for charitable support. They may also act as the first line of communication for clients contacting the office and provide energy advice to clients to keep them warm in their homes. This will be a varied role to help clients with the cost of living crisis.
