Join Us

Over 80% or our team are volunteers who give from a day per week, depending on their role and availability.

We do occasionally have paid staff roles, predominantly part time, and these are advertised on our website and on the national Citizens Advice website.

If you have time to volunteer we will help you to change lives!

To express an interest in volunteering in Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Brandon, Newmarket or Mildenhall please either email the Training Manager or go to the Citizens Advice page to enquire. You can also check out the Citizens Advice video (why volunteer with us?) to understand why people find giving their time so rewarding.

Volunteering Opportunities

There are a variety of volunteering opportunities within Citizens Advice West Suffolk. Whatever your role as a volunteer you will receive full training and support as well as the camaraderie of other volunteers.

  1. Benefit form fillers
