We are looking for someone to provide advice to clients aged 16 to 25 years old primarily on benefits, debt, housing and employment with the aim of improving their mental health and wellbeing. You will also refer clients to other specialists within Citizens Advice West Suffolk and to external organisations for additional support.
You will help to administer our evaluation processes (training provided); and to contact our clients to complete short surveys and to record their feedback on our service.
You will also help to promote the project and charity locally.
