She draws upon the highs and lows of her own 20-year corporate career in international insurance broking (from secretary to Director level) and the stories and successes of her private and group clients. Kay’s passionate about using influencing skills and effective communication skills to negotiate and navigate relationships and her speciality is in creating events and considering marketing messages for maximum effect.
