In one case involving a substantial prepayment to a foreign legal firm offering a supposed route to a refund of time share fees we advised immediate cancellation and clients were then able to follow our advice and secure a refund of 3400 euros from their credit card company.

Regrettably we are not able to satisfactorily resolve all consumer problems and the ever increasing availability of the internet makes it all too easy to fall victim to scams of all sorts. Best advice is not to respond to unsolicited emails and never to give your bank details
